This week we carried out and end of tenancy clean where the carpets had been severely neglected. Many had burn marks but we managed to revive them to an acceptable standard for the new tenant.
We used the most high powered hot water extraction units that clean deep into the carpet pile, we treated these carpets with an overspray of antibacterial deodoriser to keep them smelling fresh for the new tenant and remove smoke odours.
Due to our advanced equipment and knowledge we can work fast to a very high standard, therefore lowering costs for you. This ail be the 3rd time we have cleaned for this particular landlord.
Needless to say we saved the landlord £100’s in replacement costs.
